Delivery time will be between 8 to 10 business days.

If there are customs delays and the order is held, this period until customs clearance does not count as the delivery period.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the post office to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the post office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

If we confirm that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase in FULL immediately after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of your order.
